Best Pumpkin Patches in Louisville

    October is almost over, unfortunately, but it’s not too late to get a pumpkin! There’s still time to purchase a pumpkin and carve by Halloween! Below is a list of pumpkin patches to purchase a pumpkin from in the Louisville area!

    Foxhollow Farm

    M- F, 8am – 4pm; Saturday 10am – 4pm; Closed Sunday

    Foxhollow Farm is an all-inclusive farm. It uses organic and biodynamic farming with healthy, onsite fruit, vegetables and meat. They also have a pumpkin patch and Fall events you can attend.

    Sunny Acres Farm

    Sat-Sun in October from 1pm – 5pm

    Sunny Acres has it all! From a corn maze to a pumpkin patch to Pumpkin Festival and more, this farm is perfect for a family experience!

    Huber’s Orchard & Winery

    M-F 10am-6pm; Sat 10am-8pm; Sun 11am-6pm

    The most well-known pumpkin patch around the Louisville area, Hubers is the perfect place to spend Fall with your family! Take a trip on the hayride to the orchard and pick some apples, pumpkins or other fresh, in season vegetables or fruit! Huber’s Orchard also runs a winery, ice cream, restaurant and cheese shop!

    Gallrein Farms

    Sat10am – 6pm; Sun 12pm – 5pm.

    Small, but mighty Gallrein Farms offers a great experience for families! At Gallrein Farms, you can enjoy a pumpkin patch as well as a store with fresh produce, local jams and honey. They also have an on-site petting zoo in which you can feed the animals or they have an extremely large trampoline for the kids! Make sure to visit this local farm before October is over!

    Bowling Family Farm

    Sun-Thurs 11am to 6pm.; Fri & Sat 11am to 7:30pm

    Just a half hour away, Bowling Family Farm has a plethora of beautifully colored pumpkins on their u-pick farm. Although they don’t have a full family experience, the gorgeous drive in the fall and mini treats, pumpkins and local honey are the perfect reason you should travel north to pick a pumpkin.
